Learning Model Scarcity
When information is abundant, the binding constraint shifts from knowledge access to the design and orchestration of learning models.
Learning model scarcity names the shift from knowledge scarcity to architecture scarcity. When facts, explanations, and generated content are cheap, what remains scarce is how learning is structured — which models of explanation, practice, feedback, and reflection are selected, sequenced, and combined.
LMO responds to this scarcity by treating learning design as orchestration, not content delivery.
